Our Online Warehouse sale commences on Thursday 15th October 2020 from 6pm AEST.
Items purchased in the Online Warehouse Sale are not eligible for return for a refund or store credit. All sales in the Online Warehouse Sale are final.
Sample items will be listed as a SAMPLE, meaning the item has been used in photoshoots in the past. Any major faults will be listed.
We will endeavour to ensure our stock levels remain updated at all times, however should your item be sold out we will contact you via the email used on your order and give the choice of an exchange, store credit or refund.

First of all we would like to thank all of the essential workers that remain in the work force, keeping our economy afloat during these unprecedented times. Thank you to the health care workers who continue to show up to work every day to keep us all safe. We are STILL OPEN and will continue to ship all orders out without delays where possible. The virus has affected us all in some way, and as things change we will adapt where possible.
We are a one woman show here at Sunshine Dreamer. All orders are picked and packed by one person, the owner of the business. The owner of Sunshine Dreamer has been self isolating and practising social distancing before it became mandatory due to being immunocompromised. Hygiene and safety remains our absolutely number one priority during these times.
All of our vintage items are sent out washed. This is something we have always done but never really felt the need to advertise until now. Once photographed, they remain on hangers until we are able to have photos edited and on the website, giving them a chance to air out before packaging them.
When posting orders out, we are sanitising our hands between every order and using Glen 20 along with disinfectant spray on any plastic packaging.

POSTAGE DELAYS with Australia Post Due to Covid-19
With the spread of Covid-19, and social distancing being the new norm, a lot of people are moving to online shopping and delivery systems. Australia Post has advised of some delays with both domestic and international post. This comes down to the fact that more people are turning to online delivery in order to avoid human contact, along with less domestic flights being available for Australia Post.
We will continue to send our parcels out as per our usual terms and conditions as stated on our website. Sunshine Dreamer are not responsible for any delays that are a result of Australia Post. We are happy to assist with any enquiries with tracking of orders, please do not hesitate to reach out!

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Sunshine Dreamer is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.
Sunshine Dreamer accepts payment via After Pay, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and Paypal.
After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.
We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.
By agreeing to these purchase and shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Sunshine Dreamer business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in NSW. Orders are processed by 16:00PM each business day, so please keep this in mind when purchasing something that is required ASAP.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Sunshine Dreamer may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED
We do our very best to provide you with an accurate product description. Please read these descriptions carefully and be sure to take note of the model stats which include model size and height. Please refer to our size chart for more information on sizing. If you feel your item has been misrepresented in any please email us right away at email@example.com
Our gift cards last for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be used for anything on the website! If a gift card is not used within 3 years, it will expire and unfortunately there is no way to retrieve it. We suggest you use your gift card promptly. Gift cards are not eligible for any form of sale or discount. Gift cards cannot be refunded for cash. Items purchased using a refund can be returned for a credit not, they cannot be returned for a cash refund.
