**Now offering returns on Vintage items**
We understand that online shopping can be hit and miss. That's why we allow customer returns for store credit within 14 days of your delivery!
This excludes sale stock and our Vintage Mystery Boxes.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please follow these steps:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery date. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what you wish to return.
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with all the details on how you can return your item.
- YOU MUST RETURN YOUR PARCEL TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE. We accept returns for 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Returns posted back to us too late will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
- All items must be returned with swing tags attached and inside original packaging.
- Once we receive your return, you'll get an email with a unique store credit code to use on your next purchase. Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
- We know these rules might seem strict - this is because we are allowing returns on vintage clothing. Please respect these rules, any requests for returns outside of these timeframes will be declined.
***You must not return an item until you have emailed us requesting to make the return!***
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, undergarments, hats and swimwear cannot be returned.
- We ARE NOW accepting returns on vintage items.
- We DO NOT accept returns / refunds on sale stock what so ever. Please contact us if you have any questions on a specific item before making the purchase.
- Vintage Mystery Packs are not eligible for return
- Candles are not eligible for return
If you feel your item has been misrepresented in any way please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order and we will respond within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved by our customer service team please send your item back as soon as possible to ensure we have it within 14 working days from you receiving it. We will ONLY process returns if they have been approved by customer service and we receive them within the 14 day window.
Sunshine Dreamer has the right to refuse a return on any items that have been worn or soiled. This includes perfume, deodorant etc. All of our products are sent out with tags attached, any returns must be sent back with all tags still attached along with a completed returns form.
Items returned to us that are not eligible, will be sent back to the customer at their own expense. If the customer chooses not to have the items sent back to them, the items will be donated or destroyed.
We do NOT offer refunds on vintage clothing. Please read all descriptions carefully as all vintage items are described in great detail, including any faults that may apply to the garment.
We do offer refunds on faulty items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if your item is faulty.
Sunshine Dreamer have the right to refuse refund on any items that have been worn or soiled. This includes perfume, deodorant etc. All our products are sent out with tags attached. For any refund to be considered the item must be returned with tags attached and receipt included in the package.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return parcel. You will receive an email advising you of the refund.
We do not allow exchanges at this point in time due to our fast turnover in stock. We do offer credit notes and gift cards for our online store.
All sales purchased with a credit note are final. Our credit notes and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please treat these like cash, if lost it may be difficult for us to and find your credit note. All credit notes and are unique and are valid for one use only. Credit notes may not be used in conjunction with any other discount code or voucher code.
Items purchased using a gift card are eligible for return as per our usual conditions, however refunds are not eligible for items purchased with a gift card. If you wish to return your items purchased using a gift card, your gift card will be reimbursed for the amount of the return or you will receive a credit note for the return amount.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase.
We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. You can email us at email@example.com if you believe your garment has a fault.
Please make contact as soon as possible to ensure your garment is returned in the 14 day window.
MADE AN ORDER IN ERROR / CANCEL MY ORDER
If you have made an order and paid in error, it is extremely difficult to cancel the order as we try prioritise fast shipping of all orders. If this does happen to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If we are able to cancel your order before dispatch, there may be a re-stocking / admin fee applied.
