NEW YEARS SHUT DOWN
Sunshine Dreamer will be taking a much deserved break over the New Year's period! (YAY)
Any orders placed ON or AFTER Friday the 27th of December will be shipped on Friday the 3rd of January 2020. Orders placed over Christmas and Boxing day sales will be shipped first thing on Friday the 27th of December.
We will be out of office during this time and will return on Friday the 3rd of Jan. During this time there may be delays in responses to emails so please bare with us! We will be in touch with you as soon as we can.
Are dispatched from our office within 1-2 working days, following payment. Please note that all orders are sent via Australia Post or Sendle.
Free express shipping on ALL orders over $75
*Excludes heavy or bulky items such as vintage Faux Fur. This will be specified in the product description so please read carefully. Heavy or bulky items still qualify for the free shipping however may be sent using Sendle, which is a NO SIGNATURE courier service.
Paid Express Shipping on all orders $50 - $74.
Standard shipping on all orders under $50.
If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home Australia Post may leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you can then sign for your new items and take them home.
If your order has been placed via express post, delivery time is estimated at 1-2 business days (Australia wide). This excludes weekends and public holidays.
We do not take responsibility for any items left at your address by Australia Post or Sendle.
Express Post is a NO SIGNATURE next business day delivery service.
Sendle is a NO SIGNATURE courier service, delivery is usually next day however rural areas may take up to 3 business days.
If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases a dispatch email and tracking details will be emailed out to the customer once the item has been shipped. If an item hasn’t been delivered, this usually means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

A flat rate of $20.00 AUD will apply to all orders shipping to The USA. Shipping time can be up to 10 business days to arrive into the hands of your local carrier. We ship via Australia Post which is a no signature delivery service.
FREE shipping on all orders over $200.00 AUD will be applied. A flat rate of 20.00 AUD will be applied to all orders under $200 AUD. Shipping time can be up to 10 business days to arrive into the hands of your local carrier. We ship via Australia Post which is a no signature delivery service.
REST OF THE WORLD
Flat rate regular shipping on international orders is $29 AUD per order. Shipping time can be up to 10 business days to arrive into the hands of your local carrier. We ship via Australia Post which is a no signature delivery service.
OTHER THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Sunshine Dreamer will not be responsible for any delays in customs.
All international orders are shipped using Australia Post. Once the parcel lands within your country, it is handed over to your local postal service and is then out of the control of Australia Post. International post takes approximately 5-10 business days to reach your country, after this unfortunately we have no control over local customs or postal services and delivery times will differ from country to country.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We understand that online shopping can be hit and miss. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please follow these steps:
1. Items can be returned within 14 days of arrival for an exchange, store credit or refund. This EXCLUDES vintage items.
2. Please EMAIL firstname.lastname@example.org advising us that you wish to make a return. Don't forget to let us know your order number!
3. We will respond within 1-2 business days advising if your return is eligible and we will provide you with further instructions on how to complete your return.
***You must not return an item for a refund or exchange until you have emailed us requesting to make the return!***
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned.
- We DO NOT accept returns on vintage items, please read all descriptions carefully.
- We DO NOT accept returns / refunds on sale stock what so ever. Please contact us if you have any questions on a specific item before making the purchase.
If you feel your item has been misrepresented in any way please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order and we will respond within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved by our customer service team please send your item back as soon as possible to ensure we have it within 14 working days from you receiving it. We will ONLY process returns if they have been approved by customer service and we receive them within the 14 day window. Our return address is:
Please note you are responsible for any costs of returning the goods. Sunshine Dreamer has the right to refuse a return on any items that have been worn or soiled. This includes perfume, deodorant etc. All of our products are sent out with tags attached, any returns must be sent back with all tags still attached along with receipt. We do not send out exchanges until we receive your returned items.
Items returned to us that are not eligible, will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Refunds can only be offered on new items. We do NOT offer refunds on vintage clothing. Please read all descriptions carefully as all vintage items are described in great detail, including any faults that may apply to the garment. Sunshine Dreamer have the right to refuse refund on any items that have been worn or soiled. This includes perfume, deodorant etc. All our products are sent out with tags attached. For any refund to be considered the item must be returned with tags attached and receipt included in the package.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return parcel. You will receive an email advising you of the refund.
We will happily exchange items for incorrect sizing or change of mind within our returns window of 2 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be in stock at the time of us receiving your return. We cannot hold stock for exchanges. If the item you wish to exchange for is sold out you will be issued a credit note that can be used store wide on anything for the value of the item being returned.
CREDIT NOTES AND VOUCHERS
All sales purchased with an exchange credit note or voucher are final. Our credit notes and vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Please treat these like cash, if lost it may be difficult for us to and find your voucher. All credit notes and vouchers are unique and are valid for one use only. Credit notes and vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount code or voucher.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase.
We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your garment has a fault.
Please make contact as soon as possible to ensure your garment is returned in the 14 day window.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct address at the time of purchase. Sunshine Dreamer does not accept any responsibility for items being sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Does Not Arrive
We provide tracking on all of our parcels. You can track these online at Australia Post. Sunshine Dreamer is not responsible for failure of delivery by Australia Post. Please contact us if you believe your order is missing or has not been delivered correctly. We will do everything within our power to assist you with locating your parcel.
